Scenario planning is always a critical activity for founders. But in these times, it is even more important. To assist entrepreneurs and business mangers, I’m compiling a handful of the most interesting scenario frameworks. if you know of others that you effectively use, please let me know. BCG reminds us that no scenario planning matrix should remain static. The Air Force mantra that is heavily borrowed in the venture community helps us remember to OODA (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act – and repeat).

Bain offers a very detailed 360 degree matrix that is very interesting.
